Selling Terms & Conditions

Selling Conditions are applicable for all bookings either online and/or offline, individuals and/or groups

 (01) Room:
Triple or quadruple room: there is no triple or quadruple real room. This is often a double in which adding one or two more extra beds
(some folding) after installation in the room. Pricing conditions can be very beneficial for families, but often at the expense of comfort
(size of small rooms) Practice for the international hospitality industry provide, in most countries,
Single: rooms are smaller and less well situated as double rooms in dimensions.


 (02) Rates:

- Rates based on a specific period as by selection

- Rates based on specific pension as by selection:buffet meals,
- Daily net rates are net, payable only in Euro, per person, per night, according to the précised pension in the booking,

- Inclusive of 12% service charge, 02% taxes & 10% sales tax.

- Pension Basis means Buffet meals and does not include any beverages,

- Rooms are on a Run-Of-House basis.

- Taxes are current and subject to change.


(03) Children Policy:

-          First child: 03.00 - 11.99 years old free of charge if sharing parents room on their room.

-          Second child: 03.00 - 11.99 years old 50% discount on parents plan if sharing their room.

-          Baby: baby cot (baby bed ) : Free

(04) Pension and Daily Meal Plan Rates:

Bed and Breakfast means Bed and Buffet Breakfast served in the main resturant (Beverages are not included)

Half Board means Buffet breakfast and Dinner (Beverages are not included)                                          

All Inclusive means: Buffet Breakfast, Buffet Lunch, Buffet Dinner and soft drinks during certain timing of the day

The Hotel may issue all meals plan vouchers to guest upon check-in, tour operators, travel agencies and any other third parties vouchers will not be accepted by the hotel Restaurants or Bars,

(05) Notes:

  • Beverages are not included in meals plans (special beverage plan if all inclusive)
  • Mini bar is not included in meals plans (Re-stocked daily) and subject to invoicing by the hotel.
  • Missed meals may not be substituted for any meals; unused items on meal plan are not negotiable, not replaceable nor refundable
  • The daily program of food specialities (orintal, Indian, international, etc....) may change without any prior notice.


(06)  Check-In & Check-Out:

- Check-in:  14:00 P.M                    Check-out: 12:00 Noon

- For late check-out the supplement is as follows:

                   12:00 Noon to 18:00 P.M.                    Euro +15.00

                   18:00 P.M. to 22:00 P.M.                     Euro +20.00

- After 22:00 P.M. a full day’s room rate will apply.

- Late check-out is subject to availability.



(07) Payment Procedures:

Settlement required before check in according to the given date and time, no credit authorized, non or delayed payment cancel the reserved rooms without prior notice


(08) No Show and name changes:

- The no show will be subject to a one night No-Show fees in full charge.
-     Name changes are considered as cancellations except otherwise agreed by the hotel.

-     No Show fee can be deducted from the floating deposit in case of credit agreement.


(09) Booking / Amendments / Cancellation Procedures:

Reservations, Amendments and/or Cancellation are to be made directly to:

(10) One Shot Or Closed Groups Or Incentive:

Will be priced and contracted separately and are subject to deposit and payment policies and are not included in established credit arrangement.

The rates are subject to negotiation according to situation of each separately.


(11) Confidentiality:

The reservations and guests data such as: names, numbers and/or nationalities are kept as confidential information and will not be communicated to a third party (excepted in case of a legal jugement).


(12) Miscellaneous:

  • All payments and rates of this this contract are quoted only in Euro.
  • Booking throughout the website acknowledge the total acdeptancy of the website and the hotel terms/conditions.
  • In critical situation the Hotel reserve the right for stop sale.

(13) Complaints:
Any complaints should be addressed to us only by E-mail to: aftersale.sultanbey@optima-hotels.com in a maximum delay of 30 days after the check out date, if complaints addressed in delay after the 30 days, the hotel will decline any obligation to answer these complaints.  The Hotel will take in consideration passenger’s complaints and answer with a maximum delay “one month” counting from the receiving date.

 

(14) Force Majeure:
In the event of force majeure, the liabilities of this contract will be invalid. Force majeure is understood to be: war declared or not, riots, strikes, natural catastrophies, epidemics, all government institution actions which jeopardise the execution of the Hotel scheduled programmes in the resort.
Included as well in the term of “force majeure” are the economic conditions which fundamentally lessen the travellers’ willingness to book and effect the trip to the resort in which the hotel lies. 
In the event of force majeure,   the organiser and the hotel will look together for the means to keep the damages for the hotel and for the organiser to a minimum.

 

(15) Legal Action:

This agreement is governed by the laws of A.R.E. (Arab Republic of Egypt). Any litigation should be ruled according to the laws of A.R.E. Any legal action must be brought in front of A.R.E. courts. beneficiary acknowledge acceptance of the terms and conditions stated in this website.
