1. My travel plans have changed, May I modify my reservation in the hotel ?
Yes. To change a reservation, select the “Reservations” link from the homepage. On the Reservations page, under the heading ‘ Change or Cancel a Reservation,’ enter your confirmation reference,
Once your reservation has been retrieved, select the information you would like to change and click the Change button.


2. Can I cancel a reservation on-line?
Yes. To cancel a reservation, select the “Reservations” link from the homepage. On the Reservations page, under the heading Change or Cancel a Reservation,’ enter your confirmation reference.
Once your reservation has been retrieved, select the Cancel button.


3. Where do I find the cancellation policy?
You can find the cancellation policy throughout the reservations process.

Additionally, you can find the cancellation policy on both the Confirmation page and you even can print the page .


4. What ID do you need to have to get the travel industry rate?
The travel industry rate is available only for persons who work in the travel industry : touroperator, retailer, airline, car hire, etc…. They will be required to show proper identification upon check-in at the hotel.
